Not exactly what you expect to see at Christmas, huh? For the last several months, our almost-four-year-old, Jamie, has answered the question, “What do you want for Christmas?” exactly the same way everytime: “Green scary monster teeth.” Hmmmm . . . What’s a momma to do, though, but hunt the world over (or maybe just the Dallas metroplex) for green scary monster teeth.
Our local US Toy store came to the rescue. The only problem I have now is . . . well . . . you can only purchase green scary monster teeth in a package of 144 scary monster teeth. Anyone else happen to have a child who would like green (or pink, or orange, or purple) scary monster teeth for Christmas? We have several to spare.
Oh that is funny!
Oh dear, Bonnie. Usually there are two prices under the bags of bulk stuff like that at US TOY. One is for the bulk bag. The other is for one item. You are allowed to rip the bag open and buy just one. I could be wrong, and that might not apply to every single item they sell, but…if I’m right, you just bought 143 teeth too many… 🙂 However, I’m guessing that even 144 of them didn’t cost you much, and you DID find some for your little guy, which is really all that matters.
LOL, Beth! I did check to see if I could purchase just one or two sets. We actually stuff stockings with lots of little things from US Toy. You are right, though, the whole bag of scary monster teeth was less than $15, and now we’re stocked up . . . cause you never know when you might need a set or two, right?
Oh my goodness – I wish I had seen this before Christmas – I would have sent you some stamps and said, yes please! lol!! My kids would have gone crazy for these at Christmas haha! Great deal though, and you will be set for birthday treat bags pretty much forever!!
Any chance you still have this stash? My son is turning 4 next week and announced that he’s “getting purple monster teeth” for his birthday. Where do they come up with this stuff?!
