My name is Bonnie, and I’ve been blogging here for many years, sharing the things that I sew for my little ones, for my family and for my home, along with a few recipes now and then, and a little bit about life in general. I’m the designer behind Fishsticks Designs sewing patterns. I primarily design patterns for children’s clothing and for accessories. I really enjoy focusing my designs on things that are practical and things that work for little boys (although, I’m slowly adding little girls’ clothes, too).

What a great give away! I love making my kids clothes, especially undies. Its just so nice to be able to make something that fits them so well instead of buying it at the store and it being too wide or too short. I especially love how much what I make them is loved <3
Favorite thing to sew for my loved ones are the oats and flax heat/cold packs. So many my age have aches and pains and they really help!

I started out my sewing career by sewing cloth diapers for #1. Then as I learned more sewing techniques and more about fabric, my current favorite things to sew are clothes for both my kiddos. #2 is a boy and love, love, love your patterns for him! My most recent accomplishment was the Everyday Camp shirt which I always get compliments on people are shocked when I tell them it’s homemade LOL!
Favorite thing to sew is really anything but I’d would have to choose clothes for my kids!
Dresses. Always dresses. I want to sew for my son too, but it’s TOUGH to get woven shorts to fit over a cloth diaper… So 98% of the time I end up sewing another dress for my daughter LOL

I just made my son a pajama set using the undercover boxers pattern. He loves them and has been wearing them non stop when we’re home. I need to make time to make a bunch more. It’s the only pattern I have of yours but I really love it!

My favorite thing to see for my littles is diapers but I want to branch out and start making them clothing.
My favorite things to sew up until now for my little guys have been whatever is easy. Such as little stuffed toys or curtains for the window. Taking it to the next level with patterns for clothes! So far so good and more exciting than the toy they toss in the corner too.

My favourite thing to sew for loved ones is probably accessories. It is so hard to “fit” other people unless they are standing right in front of you, so only make clothes if I can measure and fit them.
